Strategy Inc., the world’s largest corporate Bitcoin holder, has joined the Invest America Business Pledge, announcing a new employee benefit that supports long-term savings for the children of its U.S. workforce through the federal Trump Accounts program.
Under the initiative, the company will match the U.S. government’s $1,000 seed contribution for eligible newborns and provide an additional $250 annually for qualifying children of U.S. employees, reinforcing its commitment to long-term wealth creation and financial education.
Matching Government Contributions for Newborns
As part of the program, Strategy will contribute $1,000 for every eligible child born on or after January 1, 2025, matching the federal government’s one-time seed investment available through the Trump Accounts initiative.
In addition, the company will contribute $250 each year for every eligible child under the age of 18 employed by its U.S. workforce, regardless of the child’s birth year.
The company said the program will begin once the U.S. Treasury finalizes implementation guidelines and the infrastructure required for employer contributions becomes operational.
Supporting Long-Term Financial Security
Strategy President and CEO Phong Le said the initiative aligns closely with the company’s philosophy of building wealth through long-term ownership of appreciating assets.
According to Le, the accounts are designed to encourage:
- Financial literacy from an early age
- Long-term investing habits
- Responsible saving
- Generational wealth creation
He added that the company believes helping families invest early can strengthen financial outcomes over time while complementing Strategy’s broader vision of long-term value creation.
What Are Trump Accounts?
Trump Accounts, formally known as 530A Accounts, are tax-deferred investment accounts created for children under 18.
The accounts invest primarily in low-cost U.S. index funds, allowing assets to compound over time while benefiting from tax-advantaged treatment.
Children born between 2025 and 2028 are eligible to receive a $1,000 contribution from the U.S. Treasury upon enrollment.
Employers are also permitted to make additional contributions on behalf of employees’ children, subject to applicable contribution limits and tax regulations.
Strategy’s new benefit builds on top of the federal program by adding both matching and recurring annual contributions.
Part of the Invest America Business Pledge
By joining the Invest America Business Pledge, Strategy becomes one of several employers supporting broader adoption of the federal savings initiative.
The company said the new benefit complements its existing family-focused employee programs while reinforcing its belief that disciplined, long-duration investing remains one of the most effective paths to financial security.
Employees will receive enrollment information once the federal program becomes fully operational.
Extending Strategy’s Long-Term Investment Philosophy
The announcement reflects Strategy’s broader corporate philosophy beyond its well-known Bitcoin treasury strategy.
While the company has become synonymous with large-scale Bitcoin accumulation, management says its investment approach centers on preserving and growing long-term value through ownership of appreciating assets.
That philosophy now extends to employee benefits, encouraging families to begin investing for children at an early age.
Strategy Continues Expanding Beyond Bitcoin
Although Strategy remains the world’s largest corporate holder of Bitcoin, the company continues expanding initiatives outside its digital asset strategy.
Alongside managing its Bitcoin treasury, Strategy operates an enterprise analytics and artificial intelligence software business while pursuing financial innovation through Bitcoin-backed capital market products.
The new employee savings initiative demonstrates the company’s broader focus on long-term financial planning, combining corporate benefits with government-backed investment programs designed to help future generations build wealth over time.
