Bitmine Immersion Technologies has announced a cash dividend of $0.1056 per share for holders of its 9.50% Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock (BMNP), reinforcing the company’s Ethereum-focused treasury strategy. The dividend will be paid on July 10, with shareholders recorded as of June 30 eligible to receive the payout.
The announcement comes as Bitmine’s Ethereum holdings have grown to 5.62 million ETH, making the company one of the largest corporate holders of the asset. According to the company, nearly 4.72 million ETH from its treasury has already been staked through its validator network, allowing Bitmine to generate yield from its holdings while strengthening the Ethereum ecosystem.
BMNP was launched in June as part of Bitmine’s broader effort to expand its Ethereum treasury operations. The company sold 3.5 million preferred shares at $80 each, raising approximately $273.8 million in net proceeds. Bitmine Chairman Tom Lee previously stated that proceeds from the offering would be used to acquire additional Ethereum, while staking rewards would help fund future dividend payments.
Bitmine estimates that its staking operations could generate annualized rewards of around $219 million, creating a recurring income stream tied directly to Ethereum network participation.
As of June 14, the company held 5,620,754 ETH, representing roughly 4.66% of Ethereum’s circulating supply. Bitmine values its staked ETH position at approximately $8.1 billion and has reiterated its long-term objective of accumulating 5% of the total ETH supply.
Beyond Ethereum, Bitmine maintains a diversified digital asset treasury that includes 204 Bitcoin, around $502 million in cash and marketable securities, along with strategic investments in Beast Industries and Eightco Holdings. The company reported total holdings of cryptocurrencies, cash, securities, and investments worth approximately $10.4 billion.
Bitmine, originally established as a Bitcoin mining company, has increasingly shifted its focus toward Ethereum treasury management and staking infrastructure. In 2026, it launched MAVAN (Made-in America Validator Network) to support its growing validator operations and digital asset strategy.
With a rapidly expanding Ethereum treasury and a dividend program backed by staking rewards, Bitmine is positioning itself as one of the most aggressive institutional players betting on Ethereum’s long-term growth.
